Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original Zwilling boxes and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
